At Petunia, we want you to glow with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your beauty purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused or gently used products in their original packaging, ensuring all caps and lids are securely fastened to prevent leaks.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
